Terms for using aigenjutsu and its AI pet dance templates.

Who we are
aigenjutsu is operated by Springtide Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. These terms apply to our website and AI pet dance video services.
Eligibility and permitted content
You must be at least 18 years old. Do not upload photos of minors. Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Do not submit illegal, abusive, sexual, exploitative or infringing content, or use the service to impersonate or harm others.
Acceptable use of AI-generated content
Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and applies to uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos and content shared through aigenjutsu. It separately prohibits pornography/NSFW, violence/gore, hate speech, child-unsafe content including CSAM, deepfakes/impersonation, and copyright/trademark infringement. AI output and rights
AI results can vary and may contain errors. You are responsible for checking a result before using or sharing it. You retain your rights in your input. You permit us and our processing providers to process the input to deliver the requested service. We do not promise copyright ownership, exclusivity or clearance of third-party rights in AI output.
Availability and credits
Generation and purchases are currently launching soon. When available, Standard generation costs 1 credit per second. Credit packs are one-time purchases and credits do not expire. There is no free generation quota. Failed or moderated generations return their generation credits automatically. Cash refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Privacy and publication
Source photos are deleted when the job ends. Outputs are private by default. We do not publish your photos or outputs without permission. Public examples are reviewed before publication. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Service changes and support
We may restrict prohibited content, suspend abusive accounts or change service availability. Contact us through the Contact page about an account, payment or service issue. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
