Acceptable Use Policy — AI-Generated Content
Content standards, reporting, review and enforcement for aigenjutsu.

Scope and operator
Springtide Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates aigenjutsu. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It covers uploaded photos, generation requests, generated videos, account activity and any content published through the service. Our current template is for a single cat or dog. You must be at least 18. Do not upload photos of minors or people, and use only material you own or are authorized to use.
Prohibited category 1: Pornography and NSFW
Generating, uploading, requesting or sharing pornography, nudity intended for sexual arousal, sexual acts, sexual exploitation or other NSFW content is prohibited. This includes sexualized depictions of animals and synthetic or edited sexual content. There is no adult-content exception.
Prohibited category 2: Violence and gore
Generating, uploading, requesting or sharing graphic violence, gore, mutilation, torture, animal cruelty or content promoting violence is prohibited. Terrorism, extremist recruitment, mass violence and instructions for weapons of mass destruction are prohibited.
Prohibited category 3: Hate speech
Generating, uploading, requesting or sharing hate speech is prohibited. This includes dehumanization, discriminatory abuse, threats or incitement to hatred or violence based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics, including incitement to genocide.
Prohibited category 4: Child-unsafe content and CSAM
Generating, uploading, requesting or sharing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized minors, grooming, exploitation or any other content endangering children is prohibited, including synthetic, fictional or altered depictions. Photos of minors are not accepted for any purpose. Suspected illegal material may be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
Prohibited category 5: Deepfakes and impersonation
Generating, uploading, requesting or sharing deepfakes or impersonations of real people is prohibited, whether or not they consent. This includes face swaps, nudification, fabricated intimate scenes, deceptive likenesses or voices, and invented statements or actions attributed to a real person. Impersonating a brand or organization, fraud, harassment and presenting AI output as authentic evidence are also prohibited.
Prohibited category 6: Copyright and trademark infringement
Generating, uploading, requesting or sharing content that infringes copyright or trademarks is prohibited. Do not use unlicensed source material, reproduce protected works without authorization, misuse logos or imply a false brand affiliation. Upload permission does not override this policy or any other person's privacy, publicity or intellectual-property rights.
Bypassing safeguards
Do not attempt to bypass safety restrictions, submit disguised prohibited content, automate abusive requests, or use another account to evade a restriction. AI-generated videos must not be passed off as genuine recordings of events.
Report content or an account
Use the support email link below with the subject "Safety report — aigenjutsu". Include the page URL or task/content ID, the suspected violation, when you encountered it, and a reply address. Rights holders should also identify the work or mark and their authority to act. Include a non-sensitive screenshot only when necessary. Never attach suspected CSAM, other illegal material, passwords, API keys or full card details; provide an identifier instead. We limit access to report information to people handling the case and service or legal needs.
Input and output safety review
Uploaded photos must pass a safety review before they can be used for generation. Generated videos must pass a safety review before they can be viewed or downloaded. Review covers the six prohibited categories above. Prohibited content must be rejected or removed; uncertain cases must be held for review. A request must not proceed, and an output must not be released, when its required review is unavailable or unresolved. Public examples are reviewed before publication, and safety reports are reviewed by the service operator.
Report handling and response targets
Reports are handled by the service operator through support. We record the content identifier and allegation, prioritize child safety, threats and severe exploitation, review available content and relevant account records, decide whether restrictions are needed, and notify the reporter and affected user where appropriate. Our target is an initial response to urgent safety reports within 24 hours, to other reports within 3 business days, and a decision or progress update within 7 business days. These are response targets, not a promise of round-the-clock monitoring. If investigation takes longer, we explain the delay and provide a further update. Contact local emergency services for an immediate danger.
Enforcement and credit treatment
Depending on severity and repetition, we may warn the user, reject a request, remove or restrict access to violating content, suspend generation access, suspend an account or permanently ban serious or repeated offenders. Confirmed exploitation, CSAM or other serious illegal activity may be referred to the appropriate authorities. We may revoke promotional or fraudulently obtained credits connected to abuse. We do not automatically confiscate legitimate purchased credits merely because someone files a report; unused purchased credits and mandatory consumer rights are handled under our Refund Policy and applicable law. Failed or blocked generations return their generation credits under that policy.
Appeals and corrections
Reply to the support address below with the subject "Safety appeal — aigenjutsu", your content or task ID, the decision reference if available, and why you believe it was wrong. We re-examine the evidence and aim to send a decision or progress update within 7 business days. We correct mistaken restrictions where appropriate. We may withhold details that would expose another person's private information or enable abuse.
