Refund Policy
Cash refunds for unused credit packs and credit returns for failed jobs.

Operator and availability
This policy is provided by Springtide Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Purchases are currently coming soon. It applies when paid credit packs become available.
Cash refunds
Request a cash refund within 7 days of purchasing the pack. The pack must be wholly unused: zero credit debits since purchase, and the remaining balance must be at least the total base credits plus bonus credits granted for that pack. Both conditions must hold. A later credit return does not make a previously used pack unused.
Generation failures
Failed or moderated generations automatically return the generation credits. This returns product credits, rather than automatically issuing a cash refund. Check your task and credit activity, and contact support if a return is missing.
How to request
Contact support with the account email and purchase reference. Do not send payment-card numbers or passwords. We review the purchase and credit history before processing an eligible cash refund. Refunded pack credits are removed from the account. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
