How aigenjutsu handles accounts, photos and video outputs.

Springtide Labs, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates aigenjutsu. Contact details are provided below and on our Contact page.
Information we process
Google sign-in provides account information such as your email, name and profile image. We process account identifiers, credit activity, task status, uploaded photos and generated outputs to provide the service. Payment providers handle payment details when purchases become available; do not send card details through support.
Photos and generated videos
Uploaded photos are processed by the service and its AI processing providers for the requested generation. Source photos are deleted when the job ends, including a failed job. Outputs are private by default. We require permission and review before publishing an example. Account and transaction records are separate from the source photo and may be retained for service operation, dispute handling and legal obligations.
Providers and security
We use hosting, storage, authentication and AI processing providers to operate the service. We limit access to private media. No service can promise absolute security. We do not claim to automatically identify minors or determine whether a photo is appropriate.
Age restriction
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. Do not upload photos of minors. Contact us if you believe a minor has supplied personal information or appears in an uploaded photo.
Your choices
Contact support to ask about access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account. Essential cookies support sign-in and session security.
