Photo conversion — open source notices

HEIC/HEIF photos are converted locally in your browser with libheif-js 1.23.5, including libheif and its bundled codecs. Copyright belongs to the authors named in the license texts. These separate decoder files are unmodified.

The application module src/lib/agj-input-photo.ts starts the classic worker /assets/agj-heic-worker.js only for selected HEIC/HEIF input. That worker loads /vendor/libheif/1.23.5/libheif.js and /vendor/libheif/1.23.5/libheif.wasm at runtime. To use a compatible modified build in your own site copy, replace this JS/WASM pair at those paths, or update the worker's importScripts/locateFile paths together. The application wrapper is separate from the unmodified library. The application does not prevent reverse engineering needed to debug modifications to these libraries. The library licenses govern their use, modification and redistribution.

This site copy contains the published decoder, license texts and four pinned source archives for the wrapper, native decoder, build chain and libde265. Download links, checksums and build/replacement instructions are supplied below. Rebuilding those sources and browser compatibility with a replacement build have not been verified here.
